Cancellations Policy / Refunds 

Cancellations of entry tickets are permitted only up to 48 hours prior to the intended date of visit, and 25% cancellation charges shall be levied on the total price paid. No refunds are permitted if cancellations are made within 48 hours prior to the intended date of visit. Partial cancellations or modifications are not permitted. No refunds are admissible on cancellation or alteration of vehicle bookings and addons.

Refund

If you need to cancel a booking, any applicable refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy in effect. Once the refund is approved, it will automatically be applied to your original payment method, and it will be initiated within 3-7 business days from the date of authorization of the refund.

Non-Refundable Bookings:

Some reservations may be non-refundable, non-changeable, or subject to specific conditions imposed by the travel service provider. These conditions will be clearly indicated during the booking process.

Cancellation due to weather:

The booking amount is partially refundable which is cancelled or changed or postponed due to weather condition or government regulation Once the refund is approved, it will automatically be applied to your original payment method, and it will be initiated within 3-7 business days from the date of authorization of the refund.

Changes and Modifications:

If you need to make changes to your booking, such as modifying dates, names, or other details, please contact our customer support team. Changes are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the specific booking.

Modification Fees:

Modifications to your booking may be subject to fees imposed by the travel service provider or our website. These fees, if applicable, will be communicated to you before you confirm the changes.

Difference in Price:

If your modification results in a change in the total price of your booking, you will be responsible for paying any additional costs or entitled to a refund for any price difference, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

Jurisdiction 

If any dispute arises it shall be governed by the laws of India Jurisdiction of District court Sindhudurg and/or Mumbai High Court.
